Late check out policy:

A late check out until 4 pm is charged an additional 50% of the daily rate.
A checkout after 4 pm will be treated as a full day's stay, and charged accordingly.

 

 

Policy on children staying with parents:

Children until 3 years can stay free in the same room as their parents. Children aged 4 and above have to pay the full rate.

 

Cancellation Policy:

During non-peak seasons, cancellations can be done even 3 days before the check in date. No-show or cancellations within 3 days will be charged the first day's rate.

For holidays and peak seasons, we require that cancellations be done a minimum of 15 days before the check in date, failing to do so will result in a cancellation fee.
